Gratitude Challenge Conclusion!

How did you do in your gratefulness challenge? I know I got off for about 2 weeks and I'm just now getting back on schedule with the daily blog posts. I've told myself I'm not going to attempt to write daily blog posts anymore unless I get them all scheduled and written before I post them.

But how about you? Have you learned anything from this gratefulness challenge? Have the daily (while, not exactly daily;) posts encouraged you at all? If so, Please leave me a comment and tell me how you've been impacted from this series. I'd like to do more encouraging posts on this blog, but only if you're being encouraged as a result.

So please leave me a note and tell me what you think about this series!  This blog wouldn't be here without your support and encouragement! Thank you SO much for taking the time to read my posts! May God richly bless you all as you press on in gratitude! Keep looking up to Christ!

"Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway." 1 Corinthians 9:24-27

  1. I have fear to confess that lately I have not been paying much attention to anyone's blog posts lately and that I have been skimming your posts! But I will say that the fact of you posting and me seeing them, whether I read them or not have helped me to remain conscious of the fact that I should be grateful more! So, thank you for doing this for us all and I shall have to play catch up on the rest! Isn't our Lord so wonderful in that he always has a way to make us stop and remember Him when the the things of life threaten to lead us away? How merciful He is that He does not leave us to it all as we surely deserve!

    1. I totally understand about you not being able to read entire posts. I have that same problem as well. But I'm glad that this series has helped you to focus on gratefulness more. Yes! God's mercy is SO good all the time!

  2. I too must admit as Christianna did, in that I missed reading quite a few of your posts, and was not faithful to DAILY work on gratefulness in my own life.....and yet, I have been so very encouraged by this series! I have been convicted, challenged & exhorted....thank-you so much for sharing this, Elanee! I personally would love to see you share more topics/series like this one. Praise God for blessing us even as we falter along...He is so faithful!!

    1. I'm so glad that you were blessed by this series Mallory. I don't think any of us were as faithful with our gratefulness as we should have been, but I know that the challenge has helped me to realize how ungrateful I am and to see God's mercy n new ways!
